We field a lot of questions about our Pay Per Lead programs and often times it's the same question. Our time is best used to generate you more leads! In order to save our time and help you grow your business faster we put together this "Billing FAQ"!
Do you have a login where we see the calls we were billed for?
We used to have a client dashboard, but spent a lot of time providing new dashboard links, recovering passwords and answering questions on how to use the dashboard. It wasn't worth it! Instead of the dashboard we have a system. Note: As of Jan 1st 2020, we have a Dashboard & Phone Application available for an additional $59 per month.
How does your billing system work?
See below for our call counting sheets that we have for every client. This particular client does NOT have a receptionist, but should get one!
We charge for:

How does your billing system work?

We charge for:
- Answered calls over 60 seconds
- Calls that Hit or Leave a Voicemail (pick up the phone or get a receptionist!)
- Calls that Ring Out (sometimes techs/companies disable their voicemail so this happens)
- Calls that drop at IVR (doesn't happen much)
- Calls that are under 60 seconds that are put on hold or told by the tech/receptionist that they'll call them back. (mostly techs just trying to avoid the $10 fee!)
We don't charge for:
Can I dispute calls?
Yes, within reason of course.
- Calls that hang up before they get picked up (usually telemarketers, people with bad service, machines dropping voicemails)
- Calls that are Answered but under 60 seconds (parts calls, price shoppers, telemarketers, hair dryer etc)
- Robo Calls
